We walk the roof, inspect flashings, valleys, penetrations, and the attic side when needed.
Wind & storm damage

Chimney flashings, step flashing, and cracked rubber pipe boots. Those three are behind most of the leaks we get called on.
Emergency tarping

In most cases yes, especially if the roof is under 10 years old. On older roofs we'll be honest about how close the match will look.
When should I just replace instead of repair?
If the roof is over 20 years old, has widespread granule loss, or has multiple leak points, we'll tell you straight. Sometimes a repair is throwing money at a roof that's due.
