Common questions
How long does an inspection take?
Usually 30–60 minutes on-site, plus the write-up. You'll typically have the report the same day.
Do you charge for inspections?
For most homes in the local service area, inspections are free. Very large or complex roofs we'll quote up front.
Will you tell me I need a new roof if I don't?
No. If your roof has 5–10 years left, we say that. We'd rather earn the replacement job when it's actually time.
